Purchasing a Power Unit provides access to a specified amount of computing capacity for a limited period.

Power Units are not financial instruments and do not represent ownership of hardware or revenue guarantees.

The Platform manages all technical operations, including allocation, maintenance, and optimization.

Mining output is automatically credited to the user’s account.

Actual mining results may vary due to:

• Blockchain difficulty adjustments

• Network conditions

• Technical downtime

• Electricity fluctuations

• Pool performance

The Platform does not guarantee any minimum mining output.

The Platform may deduct operational, maintenance, or service fees from mining results.

All fees are disclosed transparently within the user dashboard.

Mining involves significant risks.

Digital asset prices can fluctuate dramatically, and the value of mined assets may increase or decrease.

Users acknowledge and accept these risks before using the Platform.

The Platform strives to provide uninterrupted service but may experience maintenance periods or technical downtime.

The Platform is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party data centers or external providers.

Users agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of violating legal or ethical standards.

Power Unit purchases are final and non-refundable once activated, due to resource allocation and operational expenditure.

The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from:
